Baroque bronze mirror 19th century h= 104 cm

Superb baroque style mirror, rocaille, in bronze; work from the second half of the 19th century, and of very high quality. Rich and light framing at the same time, lined with interior scrolls like glazing beads. Old mirror, very thick (7 mm), probably mercury and cut manually (see photos). The bottom was later lined with hardboard, certainly to protect the glass from the fixing lugs screwed to the rear. Supple and refined aesthetic, nice patina of use. Excellent condition and beautiful decorative dimensions. Total height 104 cm width 61 cm.
