Description
From 1952 claude vayssier decorator at cerenne performs many table services for the stars of fashion and entertainment in vallauris, in 1958, installed in chinatown, the district of basses-mauruches, he makes table tops, then in golfe juan various ceramic and rattan objects. In 1967, at marino, he produced cloisonné decorations and figurative wall panels on 10/20 half-sandstone supports, in 1976, he left the côte d'azur for his native land, la rochelle, he carried out the restoration, for the historical monuments, of the earthenware statue of henri iv, located in the bell tower of the town hall. He then executed decorative panels for bakeries and other food trades, such as this panel of 120x60 cm, composed of 36 rectangular ceramic tiles, good general condition, a restoration little visible at the bottom left.
