Chinese console

Polychrome chinese console, with façade carved in relief on 4 small panels, telling the legend of a man who had fallen asleep, near his horse. Which was stolen while he slept. Colors predominantly red, which is in china the color of marriage. This console was part of the dowry, which the parents brought for their daughter who was getting married. Dimensions: 149 X 46 cm height: 52 cm.
