Napoleon III marble notary clock

Notary clock and its 2 black marble cassolettes. Napoleon III period with samuel marti movement (bronze medal 1860) in working condition but to be cleaned and serviced. Mercury pendulum and key present. Good condition with tiny chips on the marble. Note in a photo we see a chip as well as a line resembling a crack... It is not a crack it is the reflection of a crack in the ground in the marble! Height 44cm, width 32.5cm, depth 14cm.
