Rare settimanale chest of drawers, designed by matteo thun in 1985 for bieffeplast italy. Matteo’s formative professional years were spent under the guardianship of ettore sottsass. Together, they co-founded the globally renowned memphis group in 1981. This settimanale chest of drawers was only produced in very small numbers and therefore hard to find. It is made of grey powder coated steel and features perforated drawer fonts with black plastic handles. The perforations as well as the handles are parallelogram shaped and alternate in direction. This gives a fantastic effect. Collectible piece. It is in very good original condition. Only little traces of use. The top has a few tint dents, which are hardly visible.
