Shorter & Son Vintage Barbotine Fruit Bowl

Very pretty fruit bowl in enamelled earthenware in the shape of a ribbed leaf in mauve and yellow, barbotine decoration of apples, strawberries and multicoloured grapes. Hand painted, the colours are more vibrant in reality than in the photo. Perfect vintage touch for presenting fruit on the table or kitchen worktop. Item from shorter & son ltd / staffordshire (england), in very good condition from the 40s, no cracks, no chips on the outside, just a tiny chip in the enamel on the back (see photo).
