Description
The goldsmith coignet alfred made this magnificent pie server before 1889, when his son louis succeeded him. At over 130 years old, this object has remained in beautiful condition (see photos). The hallmarks on both parts are very clearly visible. The handle (sheath) bears that of minerva 1st title (number 1 on the right of the head), the same on the shovel and the diamond ac for the goldsmith. The chiseling is a remarkable decoration of bunches and leaves of grapes and pears. Entirely in silver, this magnificent collector's item weighs 99 grams of 1st title silver. Its length is 31 cm.
