Thonet 17 chair FMG reissue

The fmg company (fabryka mebli gietych) is a polish bentwood furniture factory, producing in the former thonet factory in jasienica following its nationalization after the second world war. It took the name of fmg "jafameg" in 1945 before subsequently becoming "fameg" (grouping together other factories). Emblematic bistro chair model 17 from thonet by the fmg factory woven in bentwood dating from the 1950s. Tubular wooden structure, some traces of wear on the wood visible in the photos. Seat and back in cane in good condition and well stretched. Dimensions h110 X w43 X d45 seat height 46cm.
