1960s “K65” Stool by Alvar Aalto for Artek, Finland

A beautiful and stool, model “k65”, designed by alvar aalto and manufactured by artek in finland around 1960. This is a lovely piece of mid-century scandinavian design! This birch wooden stool has a beautiful, minimalist design with a nice curved finish. Designed with tall legs, rounded seat and a low backrest for additional support of seating comfort. The light wooden colour allows it to seamlessly blend into many different decors, drawing the attention of any design enthusiast! A highly recognizable piece of mid-century scandinavian design. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
