Space age chandelier with 6 lights in sandblasted glass, 50s-60s

Magnificent 6-light chandelier circa 1960. Very rare model from the so-called "sputnik" series, completely in the spirit of the space age of this era, inspired by flying saucers and other space satellites. The one presented here has a cream-colored satin metal structure with a suspension rod and claws in chrome-plated brass. The very beautiful tulips are in white harlequin sandblasted glass. The chandelier measures 68 cm in diameter and 60 cm in height. The tulips are 16 cm in height and 16 cm in diameter. Finally, the ceiling light measures 4 cm in height and 9 cm in diameter. In impeccable condition, ultra-high quality, this superb chandelier (the photos only partially reflect its aesthetics) will become a remarkable piece of your decor, in a living room of course, a large entrance hall, but also in a designer kitchen above the dining area...
