Description
Tripod stool made by jean touret (1916-2004) in the 60s, for the ateliers marolles. It has been authenticated by the largest parisian gallery specializing in art and decoration objects from the marolles workshops. It is a brutalist, vintage, french-made stool. It is composed of 3 feet in the shape of a compass and a circular seat with a diameter of 29.2cm. The height of this seat is 5cm. The total height of the stool is 38.5cm. The feet form an isosceles triangle 43cm X 43cm X 46cm. The length of the foot is 37cm and its width is 5cm. It is in very good condition but has imperfections and traces of use consistent with age.
