Vintage wooden bistro chair revisited
Description
Wooden cross, iron cross, if I lie, I go to hell! Who has never heard this expression in the playground as a child. To revive it, here is a series of seven revisited bistro chairs, whose originality lies in the cross-shaped assembly of their base. Seven chairs like small paintings illustrating the seven deadly sins. Seven different colors, which, arranged together or separately, will bring originality and cheerfulness to your kitchen or dining room table. The capital sin represented by this scene is lust. The chair was completely sanded and then renovated. The backrest and seat have been painted in a mahogany tone from ressource and protected by a satin varnish. The light beech, beautifully revealed by sanding, was highlighted by a colorless protective oil with a matte finish. The sleek shape of the seat and the delicately curved backrest as well as the raw appearance of the wood, make this chair a timeless and eternally design piece, which will withstand all the temptations of fashion. Attention, despite all the care taken in the renovation, this object retains signs of use in accordance with its age and use. Seat height: 45.5 cm. The other colours are available in the shop.
