Deauville armchairs marc and pierre simon - airborne edition 1960

Iconic model created in 1962 for the "versailles" dining room of the france ocean liner. The chair was later released by airborne under the name "deauville". Very comfortable vintage items in excellent condition; black lacquered metal tubular legs with chrome rotating glides. Original green textured wool fabric, kvadrat style (fabric with very high wear resistance). No stains; no snags; no defects, but may have very slight signs of wear, barely visible, such as a very slight scratch on one leg (see photo). Ideal as a dining room, kitchen or office chair.
