Very beautiful french abstract school by simone maufroy, a lyon painter from the second half of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, who exhibited at the salon du groupement des artistes beaujolais in ville franche sur saône then from 1952 to 1959, then at the lyon winter salon in 1965. Artist who took the path of abstraction with a certain success at the end of her career. This composition is proof of the accomplished technicality of this painter, mastering the technique of acrylic painting with a knife. This work is very inspired by abstract art. In good condition, it presents a graphic abstract composition presenting a geometric mesh with in its center a composition inspired by the windings of arabesques. Made with a pen on canvas, this composition is original by the technique used, one could think that it is a study work with the aim of creating a painting. Remaining despite everything an abstract work of art in its own right. Monogrammed on the back. Good general condition, the painting presents a state of light use on the painting, see the photographs which are an integral part of the description. Shipping prices include packaging and the delivery guarantee insured or refunded. Dimensions of the canvas: height: 30cm width: 24cm weight: 185 grams.
