Coat rack three wooden hooks turned bamboo way
Description
Nice coat rack to fix to the wall, with three hooks, which dates from the 60s and has already been revisited (in a hurry) with white paint, during his life... To use as is in a wabi sabi spirit, to strip to find the "bamboo" aspect typical of the 60s, or to revisit to your liking! It is made of solid wood, with two metal hooks at the back. The mushroom-shaped hooks, show a nice woodturning work. This coat rack is still solid, nothing moves, no shine on the wood, but it does not hide its age: about fifteen holes of large tendrils (more active, but by acquired consciousness, I still treated the whole by injection of white vinegar, it is my natural product to replace the chemicals against the tendril). The hooks are not quite aligned and straight. Various scratches, marks and stains, gaps on the white paint, full of small dots in relief (i do not know if it is on the original wood, or if it is at the time of the first revisit, maybe a sanding not dusted before the white paint. ). It measures 41.5 cm in length, 6 cm in width, 15 cm in depth (advanced from the fixing wall). It weighs about 500 g.
