Description
Large table lamp model 'Type 63', designed by Erick Lang in the 1960s for the German SIS lighting brand, and typical of the creations of Kaiser Idell, Kalff, Arteluce, Arredoluce, Hala and Stilnovo of the same era. Large reflector of round shape, made in pale yellow enamelled metal to rough texture. The tubular chromed metal arm is articulated (attached hinge connecting the arm to the reflector), which allows to direct the light in all directions. The rectangular foot (elevated angles) is weighted cast iron and enamelled cream color with rough texture. Socket screws, push of origin on the foot switch; electric cord and German origin. The lamp is in good condition vintage of opportunity and in working condition. She shows signs of use and age normal for an object more than 50 years old: slightly irregular colour of the painting of the reflector in some places. some traces of use and minor marks on the paint of the foot; three dark spots on the left side of the arm; the switch is yellow on one side. Dimensions: Height (adjustable): max. ca. 44 cm. The reflector diameter: ca. 26 cm. Foot length: ca. 15 cm. The foot width: ca. 9 cm (front); CA. 7 cm (rear).
