Natural History Plate, Conchyliology, signed, XVIIIth

Original antique engraving signed in the plate, eighteenth century, enhanced with watercolor. Different species of bivalves are represented including "cardita" and "patella". The board is offered in a gilded wooden frame inspired by louis xvi, under uv-treated glass. The frame is 58 cm high and 41 cm wide. The engraving is in an excellent state of conservation.
