Ecru and black marmoucha Berber rug with honeycomb pattern 170 x 113 cm

Marmoucha berber rugs are hand-knotted in an artisanal way in the moroccan middle atlas. They resemble beniourain berber rugs but they are distinguished from them by the superior quality of their wool and their finishes. Made from marmoucha sheep wool, these rugs have the particularity of having slightly longer strands of wool. They are particularly bright, silky and infinitely soft. The geometric lines are made with vegetable-dyed wool. Handcrafted wool rugs offer significant sound and thermal insulation qualities.
